By participating in any sessions provided by Energy, Sound and Soul,  you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Nature of Services

The services provided by Energy Sound and Soul are based on complementary and alternative medicine practices. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or any other professional care. Participants are encouraged to seek professional medical advice for any physical or mental health issues

3. No Medical Advice or Diagnosis

Energy Sound and Soul  is not a licensed medical professional. The sessions do not include medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. The services are intended to complement, not replace, any medical treatment or advice from a licensed healthcare provider.

4. Personal Responsibility and Acknowledgment

Participants acknowledge that any decisions made or actions taken during or after the sessions are their own responsibility. Energy Sound and Soul  is not liable for any physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual discomfort or outcomes that may occur as a result of participating in the sessions.

5. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the sessions, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Energy Sound and Soul from any and all claims, losses, or damages resulting from the sessions, including but not limited to physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual discomfort or injury.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during the sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Payment and Cancellation Policy 

Payments for sessions are due at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.

8. Modification of Terms 

Energy Sound and Soul  reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the sessions after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law  

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the services are provided.

10. Agreement

By booking and participating in a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
